I recently purchases my first BMW at BMW at Mt. Kisco. I saw a X1 online, called the dealership, spoke to Arron and said I will be traveling an hour and wanted to make sure the X1 was going to be there. He reassured me that it will be there. Aaron greeted us upon entering the dealership, showed us the X1 and then went for a test drive. It was a good test drive because we went on local streets, winding roads and a highway so I really got a chance to get a good driving experience. At the dealership we negotiated price and various purchase options. I had lots of questions and Aron was so kind and patient. We made a deal and I purchased the car. I came back a few days later, went over some final details the met the tech genius, Dion. He explained and went through all the features the car was equipped with and let me tell you there was a lot to go through. Dion was amazing. He was so patient, because we had lots of questions and he was excited to show and explain everything. I had such a good experience at the dealership that I will travel the distance to get my X1 serviced there. The team at the dealership were all so nice and I want to give an extra thank you to Aaron and Dion for going the extra mile.
