Was called letting me know my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the dealer there was no parking at all. The reason I gave such a poor review is because my car had grease hand prints on it from the mechanic working on it. Car was not obviously ready and when I went inside no service advisor sat down with me to go over work performed on vehicle and when I asked to speak to the service managers he was in his office on his cell phone then left to go into an empty room with the lights off to continue his phone call. Most unprofessional dealship I have ever been to.

Everyone very nice. Just beware the bait and switch when you sign your papers. Always pushing to sell you items you don’t need. Happened three years ago and I still returned and they did it again. Totally wrong to hit you with numbers and useless warranties at the moment you pick up your car. ALL those numbers and items should be detailed when you put your deposit down and not in the quiet room where you don’t have any reference or time to make an informed decision. Ask for the numbers PRIOR to picking up your car and then go in and sign without an increase in your lease payment. And one more thing.... they sell you the dings and dents insurance before they hand you the keys... then ding you with $4000 return fee for???? You guessed... Dings and dents. What a scam.

Had a flat tire, called Roadside assistance, the wait and the confusion that occurred was terribly frustrating. Eventually had car towed to Mt.Kisco BMW. Dealt with Kevin who was extremely unfriendly. (maybe because I didn't purchase car at this dealership). Very surprised by the poor customer service.

I bought a 2018 X5 50i some BMW of Mount Kisco. I bought it in June and the sales staff was truly professional and I’m very happy with my low mileage X5. I just had my 10,000 mile service done there, and I’m still waiting for somebody to get back to me in regards to an exhaust system!! The service was lack luster. Service rep Kevin never gave me any paper work itemizing work done. Kevin also told me that someone would contact me in regards to exhaust systems, still waiting!

I recently purchased a CPO X1 from BMW Mt Kisco. As a Manhattan shopper during a pandemic, I cannot say enough good things about David Voetsch, whom I worked closely with, and also the entire experience here at BMW Mt Kisco. After having found the vehicle on Autotrader, I called the dealership, and Dave went to the car and confirmed that the photos online really did reflect the 'mint' condition of the car, as well as personally getting into the car to confirm there was no evidence of smokers or pets, and to check how long the car had to go until its next maintenance interval. He was also able to quickly turn around an 'out-the-door' price, and there were no hidden fees or anything of that sort. What you see in the online price is what you get at BMW Mt Kisco, which is very refreshing. This is clearly a dealership who has caught on to how consumers shop today. Having to coordinate a visit from Manhattan the next day, Dave was able to confirm that the car was still available before I set out, arrange a pickup at the train station in Mt Kisco, and spend as much time as we needed going over the car. As my partner and I discussed the purchase, Dave gave us space to make up our mind in a no-pressure environment, and also made all the records available to us so that we could see what the dealership had reconditioned on the car to meet BMW's CPO standards. We really walked away from the process feeling this was a totally upfront, honest experience - markedly different from my first car purchase back in Boston, and very different from our experiences at other brands' dealerships during this search process. Dave's personal experience with BMW was also very helpful. I do a lot of research on cars before I buy them, and often know the vehicles and option packages better than the salespeople. Not in this case! Dave knew the X1 inside and out, and was also able to demonstrate, for instance, how the automatic parking feature worked (and confirm from personal experience that it could fit a surfboard - a key feature for me!). 10/10 would come back to buy again from Dave and BMW Mt Kisco. We're loving the X1, and thank you again for a great purchase experience.

On 12/8/2018 I leased a new 3-Series BMW with a reading of 314 miles on the odometer. I was told even though the millage listed, it was considered new vehicle. Presently, the car has 10,300 miles. When i brought this care in a few days ago for an oil change, i was informed I was no-longer entitled to a complimentary oil change and my service charge with be over $800.00. i have leased many BMW's in the past and never was responsible for any oil changes. Also, when I drove into the service dept. there was no representative to greet me nor direct me to where I needed to go. I had a great experience with the dealership about 8 years ago and leased another BMW earlier this year based on that prior relationship. The sales process was terrific. I had my first service on my car yesterday. I found the service staff underwhelming. I waited 20 minutes for the cashier to finish working with another customer. The other cashier was performing some other internal function at her desk while there was a customer waiting. The service manager did not really have a customer friendly attitude. My car was returned from its first scheduled service with a cursory exterior wash and not vacuumed internally. Overall, it was a disappointing experience relative to the great sales process and my prior experience with an earlier vehicle.

I love the staff in the service dept. They have a very difficult job for many reasons. Most notably, dealing with arrogant and entitled individuals who channel their frustrations from BMW's exorbitant costs through the service dept. Easily the best crew I've ever seen at a dealership.

Well, I can tell u for sure, it won’t be a good survey, nor will I ever come back to Mt. Kisco BMW, nor will I recommend it either. As a matter of fact, I’m going to tell my step daughter and her father not to go there either and anyone else who has a BMW. Forget about the issue I had and was told to go to the dealership where I purchased the car to have my rim fixed under warranty through dent wizard.. I had to call BMW Client Services to confirm that it was BS, then I called Dent Wizard and they told me that nobody had even called them to even try to put in a claim. Then I was told by two service advisors that I would have to pay a VIG to get it fixed! A VIG!?!?!? What is this, Mafia? Gtfoh!!! forget about the fact that it took two weeks. However, stealing something out of my car, I can not accept that. U guys are THIEVES!

Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the features of the X3. Unfortunately, he also had significant difficulties tracking down particular cars he believed to be in inventory. We don’t know if this issue was on our salesperson’s part or was related to recordkeeping issues at the dealership. The confusion was culminated with us wandering around the overflow inventory lot searching for a car that our salesperson thought would be of interest to us. We never did find that car. After a week or more of back and forth attempting to track down cars, he did make up for the confusion by bringing a car to our home for us to test drive and consider. The dealership ultimately offered us a fair price on this car, which we purchased. On pickup day, the session with the finance manager was both lengthy and unpleasant. I have never experienced such a hard sell on extended warranties. The manager tried to sell us by asking us if a 95% reliability rate would make us happy. My wife pointed out that means that our car will be in the shop every 1 out of 20 days - that seemed to stump the finance manager. We told him that this would be our last BMW purchase if reliability is that low. The manager was still undeterred and pressed on for over 30 minutes to sell us warranties that we clearly did not want. He seemed to take pride in the fact that BMW's are very expensive to maintain, and that windshield wipers cost $100/set. My wife and I came very close to getting up and walking over the Acura dealer to buy an RDX. The final sales invoice contained calculation errors which required multiple iterations to resolve. Update - November 2020 Our X3 has been back to the dealer 6 times for various computer/electronic issues. It is currently having it’s dashboard console replaced after the speedometer/tach display failed. Most of the other electronic issues persist that the dealer blames on “glitches” or BMW “directives”.

The sales person I dealt was a nice person but did not respond to emails or calls in a timely manner. He rarely had information on hand and would have to get back to me. He would tell me that he would call me back however forgot a few times and I had to call him. There was an issue with the new car order and they did correct the issue by ordering me another car. I did not receive the quality service expected from a BMW dealer. The manager never came out to introduce him/herself or offer any apology for the error on the car order. I did not feel welcomed at the dealership and felt as if they wanted my money then sent me on my way. Nothing Special. Not the experience I was expecting for a luxury car dealership.

BMW Mt. Kisco and Chris L., the service team member that helped me, are top notch. I could not be happier with the service department at BMW Mt. Kisco and recommend them highly. Read below for the reason why I only gave them 4 stars instead of the 5 they deserve. BMW NA is truly awful. From the day I purchased my 6 series, the wheels have been a mess. About a month after purchasing the car, one of the wheels became bent to the point that I thought I was driving on a cobblestone street. Luckily, I thought, I had wheel insurance That BMW NA sold me so that should be no problem. Well the problem was that the insurance company only paid to straighten out the wheels, not replace them. The bending issue happened to all four wheels, and each time the wheels would just be straightened, never replaced. This happened to me multiple times- wheels straightened, I drive the car for a week, and then it feels like I’m driving on a cobblestone street again. It got to the point that it felt like the car was in the shop more days than at my house. A friend who knows something about metals told me that you can straighten out the wheels, but over time they go back to the bent position, as if metal has a memory. After having these rims “straightened out” several times, I called BMW NA and appealed to them to help me get new rims, to intervene with the insurance company that they offered to me and helped me purchase. I paid for the insurance, and I assumed the wheels were covered and that BMW NA would stand with me, not the insurance company. Boy, was I wrong. BMW NA did nothing for me. Absolutely nothing. After harassing them for months, BMW NA offered to give me a few hundred dollars only if I agreed to purchase from them a complete set of 4 new rims for thousands of dollars. Not a great deal and not what I bargained for. Of source, the wheel insurance expired a few months ago and guess what happened? One of the wheels finally cracked and I had to buy a new wheel for over $1,000. I feel now that every time I drive my BMW, I am driving in a death trap, that the other three wheels (and perhaps even the new one) will crack while on the highway and send the car and me careening into a ditch. I refuse to let my family members in the car or let them drive it because I consider it a death trap. I’ve expressed my views to BMW NA several times and I get no response. BMW NA sold me that wheel insurance policy and then did nothing to help me. I hold them accountable for the wheels and for my life while driving that car. It really is a shame, because the 6 series is a truly beautiful car.

As always, my service appointment at BMW of Mt. Kisco, NY was fantastic. The check in process, the waiting area (for working), and most important is the service is perfect. The service is second to none at a car dealership. That includes the entire team at the check in counter, the service advisers, and the mechanics. My service advisor was Christopher and I think he is a great addition to your team. Plus, my car (as always) is returned clean! What could be better? I’m so in love with my pre owned Nissan Rogue from BMW Mt. Kisco. I was stressed for a month trying to find a car and when I got in contact with Jamel at BMW Mt. Kisco I was in my car within a week. When I picked up my car it smelled brand new although it’s a 2018 and had two previous owners. I was honestly shocked at the condition my car was in. Honestly looks brand new. I’ve had the car almost a month now and it drives so smooth I couldn’t have made a better choice. Also let me add the process was super quick and easy. When I went to pick up my car Jamel got me in and out but was also very helpful in any questions I had. Thank you BMW Mt. Kisco

First off I want to Personally thank Fatos and Gary for helping me through this rough journey. I was just getting out of a bad car accident. Looking to purchase a new vehicle, I found one in Florida and that experience was horrible they do no value their customers especially when flying from New York during a pandemic. They left a bad taste in my mouth. I reached out to BMW Mt kisco and they got me the same car from that Florida dealership that I went to purchase. So I glad that deal went south with the other dealership because if it didn’t I would’ve never got to experience the meaning of Ultimate Customer service and for that I am forever grateful Thank you Fatos and Gary wish you nothing but success and happiness in your future endeavors God bless you both.

Exceptional service from the sales associate Jamel H!! I initially reached out to them via their website/email and Jamel replied the next day. We were able to make a deal very quickly and it was a very easy going process. On the day of signing everything went smoothly. I actually arrived at the dealership to see Jamel hand-wiping down the car! This man has great dedication and customer service; love him! Jamel and BMW Mt Kisco will be first on my mind for future car purchases.

I would highly recommend service at BMW Mount Kisco. I regret that they may not be too busy now but it worked to my advantage for my most recent service. They got me in quickly, gave me a brand new BWM loaner car, completed the service promptly and professionally. My service advisor, Kevin, who I have worked with in the past is outstanding and very knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate the fact that you now drive inside to drop off your car and pick up your loaner with no exposure to the outside weather conditions. Even on prior visits when things were busier, they always got me in and out promptly. I can not comment on service costs, but our car was purchased with an extended service package and BMW Mount Kisco provided maximum services at no additional costs. My last service included an oil change, new spark plugs, flushing and replacing brake fluid and new wiper blades. I also own a new Ferrari and Audis and the BMW service is on par with Ferraris and is superior to Audi and includes more in their service plan.

I've been a loyal BMW costumer for over a decade with 3 cars purchase including my current vehicle. This dealer promise the best car buying experience as it is expected from a prestigious BMW dealership. Was I wrong to trust Emon Ferdinand as she tells me she is the top sales person in the firm. Gosh what a horrible experience, how disappointing it was to ever come across this person. The experience: After over 3 days of negotiation of going back and forth over the phone, text, calls, and emails we finally agreed to the purchased of a 2017 BMW X5. AS part of the negotiation the dealer would powder code the rims of the car so Mrs. Ferdinand tells me everything is on track and that she had sent the car to get detailed and rim coated.. a pickup date was set, calendar invite put in place and then came the day of the pickup. Well as it happened Mrs. Ferdinand had been negotiating a car they had already sold. Mind you she didn't disclose the fact that the car had been sold till i showed up to pick it up. I brought my own financing with my bank, they ran an unnecessary credit application and hit my credit this was courtesy of Mr. Gary Price their finance specially who only worry about making a buck. Mrs. Ferdinand even called my insurance and added replaced my current vehicle with the car she was supposedly selling me. and worst after i showed up at the dealer to pickup the car they didn't have for me, she ran out the door right pass my face as if she had never spoken to me. I of course couldn't believe these events so i went to speak with the sales manager about the situation, Lizz who couldn't provide a business car or anyway to ID her, told me yes the car was sold and that was that. Gosh this story get much more interesting when as expected the hook was in and now they were trying to sell me a different car,, pick a car we got you the sales manager tells me. But what about the car i was promised, the car I negotiated with Emon for days and was supposed to get that morning at 10am. What happen with the car emon added to my insurance policy as a replacement to my current vehicle, the car that your financial officer decided to run my credit even thou they didn't have a car to sell me.. "There is nothing i can do for your about that Liz told me. And Mrs. Ferdinand well she did everything in her power to even avoid eye contact with me. This and so much more was my horrible experience with BMW of Mt. Kisco.

Horrible experience . Came in for a simple service. Oil change only. They messed up my car. I drove out the lot and my car started giving me issues. I took the car back and the technician tells me nothing is wrong. I take it back out and it messes up again. The drivetrain sign came on. I take it back again and this time they fix it saying it was a fault in a spark plug they put. I have a brand new 430i gran coupe mind you that they did this to. All this took 8 hours of my life away with the nonsense. I can never believe that a certified bmw dealership like this can make such a mistake. very disappointed. I am a bmw enthusiast and this really ruined my trust with bmw service centers.

What an easy, comfortable and pleasant experience when dropping off my vehicle for service YET I sent videos of my cars issue which apparently showed there was something wrong with the cold start idle being erratic. I was called a few hours later to be told nothing is wrong with the car even while I produced video of an issue, they explained because there wasn't any engine lights on so the computer didn't read any codes. Needless to say I called another BMW dealer and it goes in on Thursday. Sadly this place has had all my business.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. I bought two cars from them in the last four years...a brand new 5 series which I paid cash for and a used 3 series, also paid for in cash. We've had nothing but problems with the 3 series. Had to be towed in for service twice. Just received an email from one of the office workers who said the estimate with all needed will be over $11,000!!! Out of that, over $6,000 is in labor costs! AND...I can't even get a return call from the service manager. I NEVER had these issues at Greenwich BMW or Ridgefield. Shameful!!! Find another dealership that cares about their customers because this place cleary does not! Part two! Let me reiterate...this is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with! They are now holding the lemon of a car they sold me hostage for the $750.00 they are charging me to tell me I need to spend $11,000 to fix it. I can't get a call back from the GM and have left him several messages. The service department won't send me the promised email to the link to pay the $750.00 to get my car picked up by a reputable mechanic! We've only put 22,000 miles on the car so that basically comes out to over $1,000 a mile to drive it. They told me the car is worth $500 and they will give me a $2,500 credit towards a new car. LMAO! I've called the service department three times today and can't get a call back regarding payment. This has been going on for almost a week now. Their "customer service" practices are deplorable. DO NOT WASTE your money at this dealership. Go to Greenwich, White Plains or Ridgefield where they know what the meaning of customer service is! PS...the nice girl who was handling my case when the car arrived at the dealership left the company at the end of last week due to their unscrupulous business practices. What does that tell you?

My 2020 BMX X3 broke down. Because I wasn’t near the dealership where I purchased the car (150 miles away), BMW Assistance connected me with the dealership closest to my home. They were not only rude, they were dismissive and basically could care less since I didn’t purchase a vehicle from them. I can unequivocally say, I won’t ever step foot in their White Plains dealership. The second call the BMW Assistance connected me to was your location. Cara was pleasant, efficient, understanding and more than helpful. I was made to feel like I was one of your regular customers. When I am ready to purchase again, I will certainly be by to meet with your representatives. If your sales department is as kind and accommodating as your service department was, I’d say I may have struck gold.

Rip off. Charged $733 for a 40,000 mile check up and oil change. Either BMW is the culprit or the dealer or both. When I first inquired, prior to making the appointment, I was told it would cost $650 and when I made the appointment, I was told it wouldn't be that much. It should only be a couple of hundred dollars. This is the first and last BMW I will ever lease.

We had a very good experience with the purchase of our X5 from Mt. Kisco BMW. This was primarily due to the Sales Rep, Iris. She was a dynamo who was always on the move to make sure that the process went smoothly. From greeting us, to making sure the test drive was set up and taken care of, to making sure that everything was ready on pick up day, Iris was on the ball. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. The finance gentleman, who name escapes me, was also very good, friendly and made the process quick and easy. BTW, we also love the car. Thanks Mt. A good friend recommended Emon and it was a great experience. Emon is absolutely the best car sales person I have ever encountered. She knew every detail about the car, the sales process and all those annoying details about getting a new car insured and registered. I lease my car so I have to go through this process every 3 years and I have not had a salesperson make the process so pleasant. She listened to what I was looking for and that is what she sold me. There were no games and I did not have to chase her down when I had questions. It's also worth noting that when we were there she had to juggle several customers at once and everyone was still well served. When it came time to pay we dealt with Edgar who was also very pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. I especially appreciate that we did not get the obnoxious last minute heavy upsell. He layed out the options and that was it.

Iris was my Sales Agent and she was phenomenal. So friendly and didn't make me feel like I didn't belong in a BMW dealership even though I was buying an off-brand vehicle. She was open, upfront, quick to process everything, and extremely pleasant. I had been to multiple other dealerships trying to track down this very specific vehicle and when I found it at each of the previous dealers, I felt like I was being hustled. I drove almost 2 hours to get here on Labor Day and left with the vehicle I wanted and a giant smile within 3 Hours. A-MA-ZING! So grateful for Iris!!!!

Jamel was awesome from the beginning to the end. I am very happy that he picked up the phone, when I called to speak to someone in sales. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. He was also consistent in communication and quality customer care, through out the entire buying and delivery process. Ian and Gary were very nice as well. Just bought an Audi A5 from this dealership. I worked with Emon Ferdinand and she was rude & unprofessional. After the test drive, I made an appointment with her, & received a confirmation email. I show up & no one knew i was coming or why I was there. Edgar in the Finance department thankfully sat down and walked me thru the application and made sure I had everything I needed. He gave me a day to review and think it over. I then coordinated with Emon to pick up the car the following day, made an appointment again. I show up & this time I was waiting for 45 minutes before I could even speak to someone. I was waiting with my 6 year old daughter - and Emon got extremely rude with me once I spoke up about waiting. Told me I could leave and take my business elsewhere, when all I did was express my frustration about making appointments for apparently no reason & feeling like my time was not being respected. She mentioned that where I was standing waiting wasn’t in accordance with compliance because they were discussing finance with another customer in the office - except the door to that office was wide open. This was my first car purchase and I potentially could have been a repeat customer in the future but I will absolutely not return due to her disrespect and unprofessionalism. I am giving a star for Edgar in finance. He was great. He was thorough & made me feel heard. If it wasn’t for him I would have walked out. 9 days later, Emon Ferdinand then feels the need to reach out to me personally via text at 830pm on a Saturday night to belittle me for buying an "off brand used car" and degrading me about my credit. I requested the spare key that I was promised the day I picked up the car. She tells me "nope, sorry." And then told me she would no longer assist "a person of my stature." I am appalled that a prestigious car dealership could hire a person who would speak to a paying customer this way. And it gets even better - my service light is on after 8 days of having the car! I made an awful decision walking into this dealership. I'd advise you to avoid the headache & spend your money elsewhere.

Our experience with BMW Mt. Kisco as of August 5th has not been a pleasant one. We purchased a used pre-owned 2015 BMW 3 series almost 2 years ago. It was certified and under warranty up until 3 months ago. Unfortunately, the turbo blew. We had to have it towed to Mt. Kisco BMW on August 5, 2020. Service completed a diagnostic and confirmed that we needed to replace the turbo for almost $5000. They were able to adjust the cost to save $750. The gentleman, Kevin, who communicated with us regarding service was informative and as helpful as he could be. However, the cost was way too high with the dealership and we were able to find someone else to complete the work for a much more affordable price. Working with Kevin was pleasant at the start, but once we asked for numbers and we requested diagnostic information. His responses were short and not pleasant in tone. He even hung up on us during one of our phone calls. After discussion, we realized that replacing the turbo and keeping the vehicle did not make sense. Maintaining the BMW was too costly. We then reached out the the sales department at BMW. Over the past 2 weeks, we have spoken to multiple sale reps and even the GM, Ian, with no resolution. The excuses that we received is that they are low staffed during this time and phone calls are definitely NOT a priority. In addition, employees have to adjust schedules due to childcare. I totally understand this because it is the exact REASON why we need another car! This makes our predicament even more complicated as we only have one vehicle at the moment, two young children and two working parents. After 3 weeks of sending emails and leaving multiple voicemails with no response or limited response, we were forced to make an in person appointment. When we went in, they were not even close to busy. There were times where 4 individuals were standing around chatting for 30 minutes with each other. I understand taking a break, but you can't tell me that you don't answer or reply to messages because you are too busy with customers coming in if this is what I am seeing. Emon, our salesperson was very pleasant and remained professional the entire time. Even when we got in to heated discussions with the GM regarding our frustrations with the company she maintained her composure. I respect the fact that Emon was able to do this. Her GM on the other hand did not handle himself as well. We were requesting more money on our trade in. The amount we were quoted was the lowest amount from autonation after putting its current status in the system. The GM was trying to tell us that the amount we were quoted was a favor and it was worth less than that number. Total bologne. He also said he couldn't offer more, but in an email he sent to us a week prior it was clear he could do more. He claimed the email was for another car to CHA, but the numbers would be too much of a coincidence. The GM was egotistical and became very unprofessional quickly. His demeanor was angry and aggressive in response to our month long saga. On a positive, he apologized for the poor communication. Sadly, what we have had to endure is unacceptable on all levels. There is something wrong with this company as a whole. We filed complaints through BMW, autonation and BBB. No progress has been made which only confirms that something is skrewed up and no one cares because BMW is an enterprise. It should not take us a month to either get our vehicle fixed OR to purchase a new vehicle. I recommend that you AVOID the Mt. Kisco BMW and Autonation.

What made this encounter special was Cara, the service manager. We encountered several issues with our Ins. covering the damage expense and Cara's patience and followup over a period of days to insure that payment came directly to dealer without us having to submit an addition claim made all the difference between expected service and excellent service..

No follow up call, no reply to emails seeking help with information, not even from the GM. The lack of professionalism and their level of communication with a customer is disgraceful. The excuses that we received is that they are low staffed during this time and phone calls are definitely NOT a priority. Let me note that when we went in - they were NOT busy and not overflowing with customers. If four employees have time to chair chat for 30 minutes at the front desk, I think that they can sit and respond to phone calls and emails. It's your job! In addition, employees have to adjust schedules due to childcare. I totally understand this because it is the exact REASON why we need another car!!! This makes our predicament even more complicated as we only have one vehicle at the moment, two young children and two working parents. There is something wrong with this company! The GM was not professional and needs to learn how to keep his composure. They clearly do not care about their customers and I am getting the impression that the company doesn't care about their employees either. It should not take us a month to either get our vehicle fixed OR to purchase a new vehicle.

This is the kind of dealership that gives the industry a bad name. I've purchased ~20 cars in my life, including 8 or 9 new BMWs, but no dealer even comes close to the BS that came from Ian, the GM at this place. One lie after the next (most of which is proven in emails with him). All classic bait and switch maneuvering followed by CYA behavior when called out. It was truly a jaw dropping experience to speak with him. YouTube material. It's not worth the effort and not appropriate to type the myriad details here, but I've already reached out to AutoNation and BMW directly. I cannot stress enough that this place (at least the GM) should not be trusted for sales. I can't speak to the service department. Individual salespeople might be great, but in the end they report to the GM, so.... Buyer beware...

My first visit to this service center ever, they treated me like I was their client all my life. Cara was knowledgeable, personable and very efficient. I bought my car in for an evaluation, they repaired my car and got me on my way in 2 hours. My problem was one that Westchester BMW could not repair in 5 days.

Quite honestly the worst dealership I have been to if I could have given 0 stars I would have. No communication whatsoever I had to constantly call to follow up on the deal. I was leaving voicemails left and right. Went in on a Wednesday was promised the car ready On Friday with a Saturday pick up. Got a call Saturday afternoon letting me know the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday. No calls to inform me if the loan had been approved or not called Monday to find out for myself was told everything was good to go I told them I could pick up at 6 was told that wouldn’t work because the finance people only work until 530 so I would need to come on Saturday to pick up the car. I told them I wasn’t waiting another 6 days for a vehicle they had made me insure before the car was even ready for pick up. They agreed to meet me at 530 on a Wednesday picked the car drove home two days later warning light goes on about transmission. Needless to say I returned the vehicle and that led into more work and follow up calls and endless ringing as no one ever picks up the phone here. I will definitely not be returning here for anything I got a way better deal and better customer service at Orange County BMW.

I recently had my x5 serviced at BMW Mt Kisco and my service advisor, Kevin, went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. Not only was the issue resolved (broken AC in 100 degrees) but a full vehicle inspection was performed and I was able to pay online (contactless) very easily. I highly recommend the service department of this dealership!

My car stayed that I needed service so I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment and requested a loaner car. When I arrived, I was greeted and told to go see the man at the first desk to setup the car. I did an was told to go talk with the person who would process the intake of my car. After sitting with them for 15 min. (Most of the time she was texting on her phone) I was told that my car only needed an inspection and they were going to check the breaks. I was confused as to why my car was telling me to take it in. Anyway, we finished up and she told me to go back to the first person I saw to setup the loaner car. At this point, they told me that I was not scheduled for a loaner car and that I could wait for the car. Unfortunately, my schedule did not allow for this so I asked for my car back. This is not the first time something like this happened. About a year ago, they lost my car. They were telling me that I had already picked it up. About 2 hours later they called and said that they did have it after all.

My visit to BMW of mt Kisco was to do New York State inspection. From the moment I enter the service area I was treated with the upmost of professionalism. Amanda treatment of my needs was what I expected from a professional who was aware why I was there for. She reviewed my vehicle past service and had me sign the papers. Afterward when the work was completed she made me aware of my windshield hairline crack. This I was not aware since it was way down on the left side of the windshield. Due to the quality of service I will recommend BMW of Mt Kisco.

Received a lease in 2018. As soon as I went to get my car they mentioned I have to get an extended warranty on top of 2 oil changes. That pushed my lease payment of $515 (which William Kevner quoted) to $545. This was so shady at the last min! Later at 44k miles, they told me the warranty does not even cover basic maintenance which will be another $600. I would never do business with this company.

New management. Few hiccups with lease renewal. UPDATE: 2020. This circus ring of a dealership has only gotten worse. Tried to turn in a car with AutoNation, which owns the dealership. Got there. Waited 45 minutes for late appointment (they had no idea we were coming). They accepted the offer on the car, then informed us that "the check printing machine was broken". So we asked "and when can we expect a check?" Answer: We can't make any commitment on that. We asked "Can't you just hand write the check?" Answer: "No, that's not how it works." I asked: "Is there a cash flow problem"? That got a very dirty "how dare you" look. So the manager came over. His excuse was different: "We're overwhelmed here (note: the place was empty) and we're short staffed (still lots of salesmen I saw doing nothing)." So we left, without a check or a contract... after 90 minutes. NEXT: Went to Land Rover dealership, also in Mt. Kisco. Turns out BMW CALLED THEM TO ASK THEM HOW TO WRITE A CHECK!!! Short story, after 30 minutes the professionals at Land Rover gave us a check, easy peasy. So I removed a star from my previous review and frankly I urge you to avoid this dealership at all costs as they have some serious customer issues here (and apparently don't know how to process an AutoNation deal).

Great service and no pressure environment. No negotiation on pricing (guess that is the model for AutoNation franchise) but fair prices and lowest within 50 mile radius. Also no hidden things like Documentation fee of $650 you get from NJ dealers. Our sales rep Fatos was amazing

Do not purchase a car from these guys. They do shady business. I was picking up my new car and at the day I am picking they sold me a vichicle protection plan for $1200 which I never had to use during the time I had my car. They are slow in responding to your needs and took weeks to send my plates. I would not recommend this dealership.

As a first-time BMW owner, I was very specific on what type of BMW I wanted and after searching for months I found the perfect BMW X3 M40i at the BMW of Mt. Kisco. Even though the dealership is over an hour away from I live, I decided to purchase the new vehicle with hopes that the dealership would be up to par with BMW’s outstanding reputation. I purchased a new BMW X3 M40i from BMW Mt. Kisco in October 2019. The vehicle was always kept in the garage and was barely used. In the time I owned the vehicle, it’s been washed (at a professional car wash) twice and has less than 2200 miles on it. I recently noticed that these random spots started appearing on the hood of the vehicle and I couldn’t figure what’s causing them. I emailed my contact (Tim J.) at the dealership detailing the concern and also included images. I instantly received a bounce-back implying he no longer works there. I then went to the website to try to find a general email address to forward the email with images. Nothing was on their website so I utilized their “chat” option and Trevor F. informed me that my contact is no longer there and that someone will reach out to assist ASAP. I waited for 2 days and no one contacted me. I finally called the dealership and explained my situation to a customer service representative and she scheduled an appointment for me to come in. The customer service representative (Cara D.) that initially helped me inspected the vehicle and suggested that the vehicle may have been stored outside before I purchased it and it probably just needed to be buffed out and waxed. It still didn’t explain why the stains resurfaced but at least she was offering some sort of solution. She went to her supervisor to get the authority to get the work done and returned saying that he did not approve it. She explained to me that I would have to pay for it and that it was not included in my warranty. I asked her much it would cost and she said that a whole car detailing is about $250 but since this is just the hood it should be much less. Again, my intent was to try to figure what’s causing the marks on the vehicle so asked to speak to her supervisor. I explained the situation to the Service Director (Greg W.) and he told me that this was not covered in the warranty. He also agreed that the stains could probably be removed by buffing it out and repeated to me that this was not covered in the warranty. In a very intimidating tone, he continued to explain how the natural environment can affect the exterior of a car and that cars require to be maintained on a regular basis. His attitude was degrading and implied that this is the first time I’ve owned a vehicle. He then insisted that I take the vehicle somewhere else to have them look at the issue. I explained to him that I purchased the vehicle from BMW of Mt. Kisco and that I was hoping they would be able to help me. I asked him if I can speak to the person who would be my new contact since the original salesperson that sold me the vehicle left the dealership and said no one in sales can help you. He continued by saying that even if they wanted to buff and wax the vehicle that they don’t have the services to do it. This totally goes against what the initial customer service representative told me and is hard for me to believe that a full-service car dealership doesn’t have these types of capabilities. Needless to say, I left BMW of Mt. Kisco feeling insulted and belittled. The next morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Morristown. I immediately noticed the difference as soon as I entered their customer service center. I explained my situation with the Service Advisor (Vincent N.) and brought along my paperwork for the vehicle. We immediately noticed in my contract that I purchased the “Appearance Protection” warranty which states “Paint Guard protects the exterior finish of the vehicle” for 72 months. I explained to him the unfortunate experience I had at BMW of Mt. Kisco and he said this information should be in their files since I purchased the vehicle from them. He expressed his concern for the negative experience I had at Mt. Kisco and immediately began to help me figure out the next steps. He not only looked up the appearance protection provider and registered my claim online, he also followed up with a call to make sure it went through. THIS is the customer service I would expect from a BMW dealership. I never write these types of reviews but when you receive this type of customer service for a luxury vehicle like a BMW it’s hard to not share the experience and warn potential customers. Not only did the customer service at BMW of Mt. Kisco tarnish the name of this particular dealership, but they also tarnished in my mind the reputation of BMW as a company.

Mt. Kisco BMW was ready for me at 7:30 am, just as scheduled. I had my loner car and was out the door in 15 minutes. I was called to say what work would need to be done. I was advised what needs done in the next year and everyone was professional and courteous. I will return for my next service.

I can't praise this place enough. What was a bad situation for me, they made much less difficult. Cara was amazing and she had my back the entire time. They advised me on what was best and safest for my car and thus my family. They also helped greatly with my insurance company. I highly recommend getting your car serviced and repaired there.

They charged me $532 for replacing a bulb that according to repair pal has a range of cost in my area from dealers of $198 to $348 for labor plus parts. She said it would take the mechanic “at least an hour”. Massively overcharged. 50% above the average area charge. My family has been a loyal customer since 1974, with the first 2002 we bought there. We’ve had a 2002, 2002tii, 530i, 533i, 633csi, 3.0 csi, two different X3’s. Now a 335i. Something has gone badly wrong.

Their service is excellent, and organized. I dont have complaints about that. However, BMW as a whole is not addressing the fact that having adopted using wires with soybean based insulation, their cars now attract mice to chew on the wires, which of course is fatal to the car's functionality. A costly mess that points toward selling your BMW while it still works and getting something else.

I have had BMWs for 10 years. I love the car's handling and details interior and exterior, however.... The tires blow easily the technology is very spotty, always seemingly getting a pop up about something that says is not working but in reality is. My car was over there For a long time The car is not fixed after I picked up the car I noticed there is 40 miles more on my odometer I don’t know why.The worst part is I clean the car before I dropped it car was dusty when I picked up full of water stains plus one of my Rims and bottom of my car was scratched!!! After contacting the dealer The next day and bringing the car back they said we are not responsible for the damage and they will do nothing about it BMW of Mount Kisco is the worst dealership !!!!!!!!! that I ever deal with don’t buy and don’t service anything over there If you do you will be writing the same reviews

This was a terrible experience and not the fist time i have had issues with their service at BMW Mount Kisco I wrote two follow up emails and made 2 calls to senior management and they were un responsive. The charged me for an unauthorized diagnostic after they told me a warrantied part that was defective was my fault. They try to hit me for a repair for $1300 when i was able to get it repaired using BMW parts for $700 . Its cooperate america at its worst. I have owned 6 BMW in the last 8 years and am losing faith in the brand as long as they allow Auto Nation to be a part of it

The only good part of the experience was working with the saleswoman, Emon, who went above and beyond to help me find the exact car that I wanted. When I bought the car, Emon said they would schedule me to come back so they could repaint the rear bumper and take care of a pretty big chip in the paint on the front hood. Fantastic. The first time it rained, I went to turn on the wipers and they were horrible! It was better with no wipers on at all. I figured I’d mention it when I brought it in for the bumper and hood to be painted and they would slap a new pair of blades on for me. Ok, so I set up the appointment for a Thursday in March since the bumper painting guy is only there on Thursdays. After much back-and-forth, it turns out the bumper painting person couldn’t fix the chipped hood and I was out of luck because the hood wasn’t on the “we owe”. They made it sound like they were actually doing me a courtesy by putting some touch-up paint on it. It looks horrible! Oh and the wiper blades? That was DENIED by the sales manager because it wasn’t on the “we owe” and too much time had gone by since I took delivery of the car. So they wanted to charge me $130 for wiper blades. Are you serious? The only way to get something on the “we owe” is to know about it when you take delivery of the car. And it wasn’t raining when I took delivery. I fought tooth and nail to get a simple pair of wiper blades because I spent almost $30,000 on a BMW one month ago that I cannot drive in the rain! And I was denied by my service advisor, the service manager, and the sales manager. I’m so angry! So I went to Wal-Mart and spent $20 on a new pair of wiper blades. If I can figure out how to post a photo of how they repaired the paint chip in my hood I will do that. Unbelievable. I will never do business with Mt. Kisco BMW again. There are plenty of other nearby BMW dealerships that will treat me the way I should be treated.

My Car kept getting the tire light on and off , I remember my advisor Cara moved to this location so I decided to make the drive . It’s kind of far from where I live (47 miles) but wow was it worth it . I was disappointed of the facility quality. There is a small waiting area, no water/coffee/tea. Place looked like being under re-construction and perhaps that was a reason. However, it would be nice that someone explained that situation to customers. Thankfully not too many people waited while cars were serviced, otherwise that place would be overcrowded. Appointment was easy to set up on-line. I did not have waited too long for my car ? about 1.5 hour, which I think is not that bad. I hope that next time when I bring my car, the waiting area will be completed and it will look up to BMW level.

I still bring my 2012 BMW 335xi to the dealer instead of local independent service. This dealer's prices for maintenance and repair are the same as local service so why leave your car for a week with a local mechanic when you can go to this dealer where it is easy to get a service appointment, and they have expeditious A Team maintenance and repair service. The people at his dealership do not appear to care about their clients. The leasing process was awful. The communication when I brought my 80 something thousand dollar car in was all on me and no one ever reached out to me to provide me with a status. I lost my car to this dealership for 15 days and was given a car for half the value for those same 15 days and no one at any point made it clear to me to clear that they understood the issue or the problem or tried in anyway to handle me on a true customer service level. I would give a five, especially for the Service Dept (a five for Frank in Finance as well!) but overall- I am being generous with a two for overall. I had (and continue to have) a VERY disappointing sales experience. One issue rectified, one is still not. One that easily could- and should by now- have been easily rectified if my request for help was followed through; if someone took responsibility to help the customer and solve the problem. I was referred to the salesman by a former employee of yours, who stated “Dave will take good care of you." Problems began soon after sale was completed. The salesman did not follow through on basics communication over a fix to the car he offered, not one I requested. No follow through on how or when it would be fixed, despite my offering to be flexible on when and how. No response in any manner, at all. Unprofessional on many levels, especially with phone calls that I have documented (the car fix has since been taken care of with BIG thanks to help from Cara in Service). No attempt was made to help rectify remaining issue with ConnectedDrive services that I immediately asked about. The salesman said the "used car manager" (salesman's words- not mine) would be calling me. Mngr John Resnick did call, was understanding, and regarding my unresolved issue of ConnectedDrive services, said would help address situation. He stated he would look into the matter, to give him "a few weeks", and he would get back to me. That was before Thanksgiving. I am not calling again, because on Dec 6, I replied to an email, thanking me for my business, from the salesman. I politely reminded him of issue, stated I do not have Mr. Resnick’s email, and to please send it to me. He did not reply. Whether he forwradred to the mngr, only your business would know. At this point, I should have had at least a follow up call, even if not with an immediate rectification of the matter , but so I do not feel forgotten or "brushed aside". All I am asking for is rectification regarding ConnectedDrive services account. I was told by Anthony, who was training Jose at the time showed me car features, ConnectedDrive services would be for two years with purchase of car. However, my online account says only one. Salesman requested docs showing expiration of Nov 2020 because he stated he could not "see that info on my end." I screen-shotted all, and sent so he could check into. He did not acknowledge receipt of docs, and a week after of no communication, I inquired again and that is when salesman stated mngr would call me. Three different people in sales dept. gave different reasons as to why, but that “something is wrong”, but no one can simply answer- and easiest of all- contact BMW to fix my ConnectedDrive services so they do not expire this year (should be Nov 20121, not 2020). I should not have to call again asking for help on a simple issue to be rectified, that I did not cause. I was told two years of ConnectedDrive services, and that is what I expect. A customer should not have to go through so many people asking for help, to get none. I feel FAR from a valued customer (again, Sales Dept does make me feel valued!), however, what should be an enjoyable experience has been left tainted by inconsistent information and lack of communication, and now a lack of trust. I should not feel I have no one I can trust there to help now, or in the future. I hope to hear from someone soon that the issue is being rectified. Please feel free contact if you would like more specific information on former employee communications, text and email communication dates with salesman, documentation of dates, etc. I truly do hope to hear from someone in a capacity to help me soon. Unfortunately I have nothing but negative feedback for this dealership. We purchased our SUV from Mt. Kisco BMW three years ago. We planned on this vehicle being our primary vehicle so we also purchased an extended warranty and an additional service contract to cover major replacements. To date this vehicle rakes up to 25K miles a year. Last fall the vehicle began showing signs of brake system wear and tear. We added that to the service notes during our regular routine maintenance. Our brake pads were measured and we were told that we are close to having these needing replacement. The measurement in Fall 2018 was .4. The warranty calls for replacement at .3. Fast forward 15 months later, December 2019, we are still driving with the same brakes. This months service included our systematic request to check the brake system. Would you believe that the pads measured at .6, increasing in thickness? This is very frustrating to a customer who is now nervous driving the vehicle in poor conditions. Both, my husband and me, are no longer comfortable driving the car. It slides in the rain. And with winter coming, its down right dangerous. We feel like after 15 months of working with the dealership, building the history of our concerns, there would be some further inspection other than "brakes measure at .6". Besides the fact that its nearly impossible considering the amount of driving and braking this car endures, the vehicle is coming up to 100K which is more than adequate mileage to change the breaks. Ironically, the extended warranty expires at 100k miles when we will be forced to pay out of pocket for such heavy repairs. So it looks like we gave this dealership a gift of ~$5k for NO REPAIRS. Beyoung disappointed, frustrated, and scared to drive my car... If you are considering purchasing a BMW, they are lovely vehicles... skip the extended warranty, save thousands, and find a mechanic that is honest and skilled at repairing this vehicles. We'll be taking our business elsewhere when we purchase our next SUV this spring.

The reality was this dealership pulled a classic bait & switch con on me . . I was given a Certified offer online of $1250 for my 2009 Nissan Versa after describing its condition in excruciating detail. But when I arrived the manager handed me off to a younger, less experienced colleague who then gave me no alternative but to accept a mere $500 for the car. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

I kept receiving notifications for service with all kinds of specials foe FREE service. 2019 430i with 9000 miles. I brought my car in for an appointed oil change. I was pretty surprised when I was informed that there was a charge for this because I had brought the car in before "the car indicated" there was a need for an oil change.I also had to wait over 2 hours !

This isn?t about the staff. My salesperson was so responsive. It?s about the cost to me. I had a run flat tire that did not run flat and the subsequent damage cost me $3,400 plus a rental. A loaner wasn?t available to me! I had tire insurance, thank goodness. I went 7.5 miles at 25-30 when Bmw says 50-100 miles at 50 is safe. The tire shredded and then proceeded to damage the control arm, rim, wheel well and fender. And this was my cost why? The tire they put on my car did not perform to expectations, promise or advertisement when they sell you on it. This is disgraceful. My attorney is contacting Bmw USA. After 21 years as a bmw owner , if I don?t get a refund from bmw, we are done as Bmw clients. We will be contacting the NYS Attorney General and other agencies. This was caused by their defective tire. Three out of 4 tires in 20 months have bubbled on 15K miles. Defective. This is just terrible business practice and gouging of a client. Terrible experience. I received a low ball estimate for the value of my 2010 truck from Auto Nation but I wanted to get rid of it so I made an appointment and went to BMW of Mt. Kisco on a Saturday morning. I was surprised when I got there and they told me it was going to take 2 hours to complete the sale. After 2 hours, they finally completed there "appraisal" and cut 1/3 off of there already low offer. I wanted to get rid of the truck and I already invested 2 hours of a Saturday to getting rid of it so I accepted. They said my check would be ready in 5 minutes. 90 minutes later and no check and I had to leave so they said they'd fed-ex the check to me on Monday. No check on Tuesday so I emailed them on Wednesday, they confirmed my addressed and promised it would go out that day. No check on Thursday so I emailed on Friday. They promised it would go out on Friday. No check on Saturday so I emailed on Monday. They said it would go out on Monday. Finally got it on Tuesday.

I've purchased a BMW 3 series from them and the buying experience has been nothing but positive. The process was seamless and I can say with some certainty that they are one of the best car dealers in the area. The staff were very professional and know their trade very well. One best thing that makes them stand out is their attention to details that are often overlooked like the cosmetic stuff. Ask for Will Kavner in the sales department, Frank Lombardo and Gary Price in the finance department and the buying process should be a smooth sailing. They didn't mind one bit doing extra work so that they can accommodate my schedule and even more than that they had all the paperwork and the car ready by the time I went for the pickup. So all in all very impressed with their service at this point. I will look forward to see how their (post-purchase) services stack up in the near future.

Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the features of the X3. Unfortunately, he also had significant difficulties tracking down particular cars he believed to be in inventory. We don’t know if this issue was on our salesperson’s part or was related to recordkeeping issues at the dealership. The confusion was culminated with us wandering around the overflow inventory lot searching for a car that our salesperson thought would be of interest to us. We never did find that car. After a week or more of back and forth attempting to track down cars, he did make up for the confusion by bringing a car to our home for us to test drive and consider. The dealership ultimately offered us a fair price on this car, which we purchased. On pickup day, the session with the finance manager was both lengthy and unpleasant. I have never experienced such a hard sell on extended warranties. The manager tried to sell us by asking us if a 95% reliability rate would make us happy. My wife pointed out that means that our car will be in the shop every 1 out of 20 days - that seemed to stump the finance manager. We told him that this would be our last BMW purchase if reliability is that low. The manager was still undeterred and pressed on for over 30 minutes to sell us warranties that we clearly did not want. He seemed to take pride in the fact that BMW's are very expensive to maintain, and that windshield wipers cost $100/set. My wife and I came very close to getting up and walking over the Acura dealer to buy an RDX. The final sales invoice contained calculation errors which required multiple iterations to resolve. We hope that our BMW ownership experience exceeds our BMW purchasing experience.

Amazing deal and the service was great. It was a used vehicle and looked brand new coming off the lot. I drove from King of Prussia to get it because it was the best deal I could find for that model and feature set. The wait for the detailing was longer than it should have been. The paperwork was a breeze. I would go back, but hopefully not too soon.

This is the worst dealership experience in my experience of car buying. Do not patronize BMW of Mt Kisco. Find another BMW in your zip code. If you absolutely must, Do not work with Jeff Massicott (sales man). This dealership has no sense of urgency, they lack proper communication and they relate with customers unprofessionally. I Spent over 10 hours in the dealership, A police officer had to get involved to mediate the situation for them to attend to me because I left the dealership out of extreme frustration and tired of run-around I was getting. I purchased and picked up my vehicle Jul 27, and till today Aug 29 vehicle is still not registered. When I complained about this BMW North America and BBB, I was told I had a tax block. No one called to inform me about this. Instead I had to complain before I was told. I spoke to the state office who has since removed the tax block which was over 2 weeks ago and I have informed BMW of Mt Kisco of this. Still here i am with the vehicle still not registered and with an expired temporary plate on it. Go to another BMW Dealer do not buy from BMW Mt Kisco!!

Deluca, their service representative. This time, when I brought my car in for some other work, I inquired about my GPS upgrade, only to be told that it could not be done. Since this dealer changed owners to AutoNation, it is now thankfully top notch for Service and Customer Service. Everyone is super friendly, courteous, and professional. They are all completely focused on the customer and his/her vehicle. Although my BMW 335xi is off warranty, I continue to go here for service since the prices are competitive with third-party mechanics specializing in BMW's. I have not purchased from this dealer, but will now consider doing so since it is now wonderful as opposed to awful before AutoNation took over.

I called multiple times last week to check on the status of a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. After not getting a call back until 2 days later (although I wasn't available and they left a voicemail), I finally received an e-mail from the General Manager to indicate that it was fully available. He asked me to and I reserved the vehicle, saw it today and after planning my schedule around this and wasting a couple hours there plus giving my credit card for a deposit, I get a call back hours later telling me that the car doesn't qualify to be CPO based on its service history. Thankfully I found out beforehand but I already scheduled the lease-end inspection on my current car, a complete waste of time, spent time on the phone checking into insurance options, etc. Pretty unbelievable that a vehicle listed as Certified Pre-Owned over a month earlier somehow no longer qualifies when someone wants to purchase it...

The dealership sold me a lemon vehicle with a clear defect in software/mechanicals for gas gauge. Dealership repeatedly does not pick up phone requiring upwards of 4-5 calls to get to a human being. Service manager Greg Werner promised to call back and address issues but did not. Once I left message not to call for 1 hour as I was in a meeting with phone off and he called then to 20 minutes into my meeting when I was not available and on the message said he would call me back again but never did. I have waited weeks for proper communication. At some point it is clear that they do not care. Also I purchased a BMW 750 but they have no loaner BMW 750s so the gave me a tiny x3 that I could not even fit in! Deceptive sales practices, poor service and complete failure to live up to expectations of a luxury car dealer. If you want to spend $75-100,000 go somewhere else where the dealership cares and will make things right.

They just give you the run around. I have a letter signed by the manager saying they will reimburse us for the money they owe. Over $3,000 and they won’t even return a call. It’s been 4 months. we were stuck going to mt kisco BMW when my car broke down and the tow company brought us here as it was the closest dealer. I will go out of my way and pay out of pocket to ensure I never go here again. Our many many calls weren’t returned, the service rep was aggressively pushing unnecessary services and belligerent when we indicated it wasn’t needed (which we confirmed through a different garage after we got our car back). what should have been a one to two day fix turned into a 7 day event (without a loaner) and we were overcharged. If I could have gotten the car out of there to a different location I would have. A painful experience all around.

I generally avoid dealerships but had to have Takata airbag in my 2002 330 replaced. They did it as scheduled in 90 minutes. Then they told me the other airbag needs to be replaced but wasn't in stock, so it's on order.

Also, in the Northeast in January they sent me home with summer tires, never mentioned winter tires, then when I called told me it was my fault and how shonuld they know. Their so,union was I should buy 4 winter tires on my own and it wasn’t their problem. Unbelievably unhelpful and disappointing sales process. If i didn’t love the car I would have walked away. Unlikely to be a repeat customer unless significant changes are made.

Three negatives stand out: 1) When I asked if BMW leases still included scheduled maintenance I was told “yes”. Problem is, apparently this only includes up to 30K miles, so the response I got was FALSE; I am responsible for the 40K and 50K service. I found that out upon signing my lease; a point at which I had no power to negotiate. 2) The dealership tried to give me a car with gas level at empty. I had to point out that it had an empty tank, and then waited as they went to fill it up. Had I not noticed, it would have been my problem. 3) They force you to take it with PINK license plate frames, ignoring my complaints about it, and offering no options.

To start off Devante Genious was great to deal with until the point where coming out to drive 2 hrs to purchase the vehicle. So the vehicle has been on their lot for over two months and I was told it had a previous hold. Fast Forward everything was great until time came to sign the paperwork, just to be told 1. The title wasn't signed by the previous owner so they cannot proceed with the purchase and 2. Someone wrote in the wrong mileage on the title so therefore they have to have it corrected. That just seems weird than when the vehicle was traded in nobody paid attention to make sure all paperwork is done properly.Usually when a purchaser comes over all issues should be checked prior so everything can go smoothly. SMH

I received an email from Mt. Kisco BMW for a free summer checkup. I made an appointment, brought my car in at 11:30 AM. By 3 PM, I did not hear anything about my car, so I called them. They told me they had not even looked at my car yet. An hour later, they called me and said I needed and oil/filter change (I had my oil changed just several months ago) new spark plugs (4 cylinder engine) and an air filter. They charged me $700 for this. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my car the next day, it was not running right and had to stay another day to replace a bad spark plug (0ne of the ones they had just replaced).

Overall not bad, however it took 4 1/2 hours to complete the purchase of a certified 2015 5 series. It seems that there was a lack of communication between sales, and service. I was becoming very agitated after 2 hours of waiting then more aggravated after 3 hours finally nearly fed up after 4 hours. The sales people were apologetic but this was no way to treat a customer. I don't believe I would do business with Mt Kisco BMW again.

The people at the dealership are very nice. I found that they do not follow through well with customers. When I originally called, I made an appointment to test drive a car. When I arrived the salesman was off and they had no idea I was coming. The new salesman was great in explaining things about the car and made the sale but then did not follow through. The Finance person told me they would call the next day by 12 noon and they didn't call till after I had called twice around 4 pm. They could call and tell me they don't have an answer yet. The salesman also told me they would call in the morning to set up an appointment to fix something on the car I purchased and I have not heard back from them since. Maybe I am being picky but this is a BMW dealership and I expect nothing but excellent service.

I had to have my engine replaced on a 2013 328i, I have a service contract but there was a lot of issues with them and Diana DID NOT STOP at the word NO! She went to bat for me and I can't say enough about her and the entire staff there. Thank you again, for such a pleasurable experience, because it was almost a nightmare from hell. I drive 40 miles to do business here, as opposed to going to the BMW of Wappingers right down the street, because they don't know how to treat their customers. They could learn something from BMW of Mt. Kisco. Keep up the good work Diana!

Horrible experience with the customer service department! I have to wonder if they are under new ownership as this was one of the worst experiences I have had since I bought my car 3 years ago. I brought my car in because it was leaking oil. It was in the shop for 6 days. Over the 6 days, it was shop I was never called and given updates. OK, I will assume there was nothing to update me on. When I picked up the car on Wednesday, I was told it was good to go. Day and half later the same problem persisted. I called the service dept on Friday, no call back. I called again on Monday, no call back. I call again on Tuesday and BMW service dept says they are sorry but they never got my messages. Really, you missed 3 voice mails. To their credit, they met me in Brewster NY with a loaner because I was so upset that no ever called me back. I was concerned because my car continued to leak oil. I was assigned Sean as my service adviser, who called me to say 'Why do I have your car? What are we supposed to be doing?" Do they not have a computer system to log information? Sean called me a day later to tell me my car was ready. I called Sean twice to find out why it wasn't fixed the 1st time and what was done to fix it this time. Sean never called me back. I called to say I was coming to pick up my car and the front desk say she would call me back to let me know it was out front. Guess what, they didn't call. When I complained about the lack of communication, a young mechanic said "yeah, service dept never calls back customers" to which I replied "that has to change." The front desk couldn't find my paperwork or the key. When a someone one finally came with my key he said, "you moved to fast, service department couldn't keep up" I said "I called over an hour ago" BMW Mt. Kisco you have got to get your act together. BMW service departments are a dime a dozen if you don't work on your customer service you are going to loose a lot of business, starting with me.

Never buy BMW certified car at BMW Mt Kisco dealership !!!C Today I had very bad experience trying to buy a car which I was told was reserved for me by sales representative Michael Tierney .He sent me 5 emails assuring that car was off advertising and I can come and make a deal.After driving almost 2hrs ,filling all papers,taking driving test suddenly they found out that that car was sold-someone left deposit and there nothing they can do and started offering me other car that was not even near the car that planned to buy.Never expected such a cheap trick from BMW dealership. They put such a bad show .That show was put on by financial manager .It was first day of myself and my wife vacation. We went there with a very solid intention to buy that car and good mood. I will definitely contact BMW USA .I owned few BMW cars and never had such a poor experience .

I hadn't ever considered what the "perfect" car buying experience would be --but now I know. I walked into the dealership as simply a shopper with an interest and was assigned to a man named Frank C. In short, he was patient with my dumb questions (was new to BMWs), was never pushy and always personable and professional. Very quickly, he matched me with the right vehicle and everything was a breeze after that. The manager asked if I could take delivery that day (which I didn't think was possible) but it was and, by the end of the day, was driving my new car home. Having had purchased many cars before, this was a truly unique experience and now know what the perfect car buying experience really is. Thanks so much for that, Frank and the Mt Kisco BMW team!

I was a walk on without an appointment on a Monday with Mike Tierney and he was awesome. I had a good idea what i was looking for as i did research on line and Mike listened to what I was looking for, offered options that fit that request and brought me out to the parking agarage and showed me the options. Once I selected the vehicle I wanted he ran with it. I wanted to get in the new car by Friday and he made it happen. Through the insurance, financing and what it took to get the paperwork done he was accommodating. I brought my wife and son with me to pick up the vehicle and again Mike was great. He sat down with us, talked to my family and made us feel very welcome. He brought a technician in (forgot his name) who went over the features of the car (specifically about the electronic features) which was very helpful Finally we went to finance and he was great. Very detailed and very friendly. he let us know our options and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Again he gave us the options, spoke from his experience on what options are a must and helped us through the process. he was very personable to myself, my wife and my son. Brought my car for a NYS inspection check. Service advisor suggested to have fuel cleaner service. I agreed. Almost 3 hours later car was ready. 39.99 for "Fuel cleaner", 149.00 for "labor" - which, technically, is pouring the cleaner in the gas tank and 39.99 for NYS inspection. I think to myself, price for such service is ridiculous but look at the silver lining which is I only have to bring the car here for NYS inspections. Drive away from dealer 15 minutes on to my trip back home engine light comes on. Now I have to take my car to the BMW dealer in NJ where I bought it and has always been serviced to correct whatever is it that Mt.Kisco did wrong. Thank you for a hands down awful experience BMW Mt.Kisco.

After tirelessly fighting for our rights and voices, the GM here thinks it is ok to disrespect women and belittle their knowledge to the extent of laughter. It is NOT funny and I am still SHAKING a week later!! If we don't say anything, this despicable behavior continues and we allow ourselves to fall victim. Absolute worst customer treatment and contract follow through. This is my 5th BMW and I've never had such a horrible experience and wasted more time trying to get them to respond and follow through on their contractual responsibilities. It's been 6 weeks since I turned in my old leased BMW and BMWFS still has not received the check from this dealership for remaining payments and wear. This is going against my credit as I cannot pay my portion (over mileage) until they receive this. I have left numerous messages for the sales manager, general manager, as well as emails, all to no avail. BMWFS cannot help me other than to call numerous times as well. I've never heard of nor endured such bad treatment especially with a brand of this stature. ALSO, I signed a lease for my new car on a Saturday and when I picked it up on Monday there were over 100 miles more on the car! They are not compensating for in any way and claim they "will" get an addendum to BMWFS, however have failed to do so. ABSOLUTELY the worst service and unprofessionally run business. Shame on you BMW Mount Kisco!

I contacted John O’Keefe and was given a very fair price from the start. We scheduled a visit and they ended up getting a nicer car than anticipated. I highly recommend BMW of Mt. Mt. Kisco BMW is probably the nicest BMW dealership I've ever been in. My salesman was Ruben, and I had the best afternoon getting into my new 430xi. The GM John Vitro and Tom kept checking in with me while I was on site. This dealership is very hands-on. Everyone walking by would introduce themselves with a smile on their faces. While working with Keith signing my paperwork, it turned out we both knew the same people! We laughed and chatted the whole time. Then Sam, the Sales Manager, popped his head in and joined us for a few laughs. Then the car was brought out to me with a huge red bow on it!!! Ruben and Thom the BMW Genius got me into the car and Thom easily explained all the options in the car. They all made me feel like part of their family. This time I was assigned to service advisor Amanda and the experience was night and day. Amanda was very pleasant and professional. She got my issues addressed as quickly as possible while I waited. So this doesn't happen every day. My wife was in her car waving frantically at my son who was pulling onto our driveway while she was driving out. Her gold wedding band, which clearly needs to be sized, flew off her finger and into the back seat. No big deal, right? She just had to go into the back seat and find it lying there or on the floor. Nope. She scoured the entire car, front and back, and the ring had apparently disappeared. But the windows were all closed, so it had to be in the car somewhere. To say she was upset would be quite an understatement. When I got home that night, she and I together went into that car to find the ring. We spent at least 30 minutes going into every nook and cranny of that car, to no avail. That ring had literally disappeared. Now, she was panicked. I told her not to worry--we'd make an appointment for the next day with BMW of Mt. Kisco's service department (we purchased the car there), and we'd ask them to find it, even if they had to dismantle part of the car to do it. That's exactly what they did. They actually removed the seats! It took more than half a day, but those guys clearly felt her pain and weren't going to stop until they found that ring. And they did. Not only was that the result that we were obviously looking for, but the thing that struck us the most was the empathy they clearly felt and the determination to find it, no matter how long it took. And I felt the price was very reasonable considering all the work they did. Needless to say, we are extremely grateful to Mt. Kisco BMW and will remain loyal to them as a result. And my wife will NOT wear that ring again until she gets it sized!

Oil change, and headlight adjustment professionally done. Asked to have rear break job done according to on board data showing 3,000 mile until needed. Instead they did a brake inspection, told me in writing the condition of my rotors and brake pads. Braking system was in good order and the brake job was not needed at this time. That is integrity. bought a new 2016 x5 from bmw mt kisco. i dealt with mike conigilaro and he was attentive and prompt. i was looking for a rare combination of colors and when he determined that it was a car he could not locate, he suggested a custom build. the incentives available were expriring on jan 4 so i never thought of ordering my car but mike said that he can turn it around in 2-3wks. long story short i ordered the car on dec 8 at 7pm and i had my car home on dec 23. i saved more than 2k just by ordering the car to my specs without any extra options i did not want or need. i think the stars lined up perfectly as this dealer had a production slot that was available for dec 9. from the moment i talked to mike for the first time on dec 8, it took about 30mins for us to come to terms on a deal. i knew what i wanted and what price to pay. mike's communication was very very prompt. had some of the other dealers i was dealing with was more prompt, i probably would have ended up buying from them. all in all, a very pleasant experience.

I took my 528 i BMW to Mount Kisco for the complimentary winter inspection event and was totally satisfied to the quality of work I received. Not only did they check the fluids but they also did a complete check on the entire car. Any and all errors were corrected and worn parts were changed. Because certain parts needed to be ordered I was given a loner so that I could continue taking care of my personal business without delay. I must say that the Mount Kisco BMW has been the only dealership I take my car to since purchasing it in 2013. Simply because of the grade A quality and care they provide.

We were in the market for a sporty car (not SUV) that had room for people over 6 feet tall and walked into the Mt. Kisco dealership on a rainy day to 'look around'. The salesman, Damian Lisotta, was extremely attentive and helpful in discussing the available choices and suggested that the 3 Series GT would provide sufficient headroom as well as easy entry/exit. We visited other BMW dealerships in our area and found that Mt. Kisco offered us the best deal. Starting from our initial meeting thru the purchase process and final delivery we found Damian to be courteous, professional and ready to answer any question or concern we had. We also found the business manager, Mike Steinberg, to be very friendly as well as informative. Lastly, when we picked up the car Tom Raio was assigned to walk us through the features as well as answer any questions we had (e.g., setting up Bluetooth connectivity or universal garage door controls). Tom's shirt said he was a 'BMW Genius' and it certainly showed! Given our experience with Damian, Mike and Tom we definitely recommend BMW Mt. Kisco if you're looking for the ultimate buying experience.

I dropped off my car early in the morning. Even at that time, the employees who were there before they were supposed to be were happy and helpful. On my way walking down the driveway to meet my friend who was going to pick me up, at least 3 employees on their way to work, stopped and asked if I needed a ride. The inspection took about 45 minutes, and then they dropped the car off where I worked. The whole experience couldn't have been better.

When I ist contacted BMW mt kisco it was via email re a certified pre-owned 328i x drive. I was very quickly contacted by Rich in sales. Rich walked me through the entire process and explained that no car leaves their lot Certified without being showroom ready > As promised rims, fenders glass etc were replaced to fit a standard of excellence. On delivery the car was perfect. Within 2 weeks it was totaled in an accident . Fortunately the reputation of the 328 is accurate My son walked away unhurt and was found to be 0 % at fault in the accident as well The overall concern for his well being was crystal clear from all who I spoke with at BW Mt KIsco , Very happy to say , Rich and then Joe assisted me in getting a second car equally , actually even nicer. I searched countless BMW dealer websites for the vehicle that best met my wishes and then compared prices. BMW of Mt Kisco had multiple options to choose from and their prices were the best I could find anywhere. They were clear and upfront about their pricing strategy, which seems to be a "best foot forward" from the beginning. I didn't have to haggle to get a great car at a great price. The bulk of my interaction was via email. The day I went in, I was out the door in less than an hour. All of the paperwork was ready. No hard sales on add on's. They explained the ones that made sense and allowed me to make a decision. They were very aggressive in getting me a spectacular finance rate, which didn't even end up being through BMW Financial.

Came in as a walk in for a oil change waited for the job to be complete, enjoyed a cup a hot chocolate and watched the price is right!!! A few times I hot up to go out on the balcony area they have umbrella tabes and chair, really nice The staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean and organized. Over the past couple of years I have had 2 BMWs serviced at this dealership. Service is outstanding - period! I just completed the purchase of a new BMW here and the process was smooth. I got what I wanted, when I wanted it, at a price that I was comfortable with. My only issue is that I buy a car once every 5-6 years and they sell cars every day. A checklist of things to bring (for the trade-in) would have made the process much smoother. At the end of the day everything was resolved and I am a satisfied customer. This dealership is a class act.

I have been going to this dealership for 6 years for my same BMW X5. Even driving out of my way after moving to Fairfield 3 years ago just to see them! They are always fair about what needs and doesn't need servicing, complete in their explanation of repairs/services to be performed, and more than patient in looking for those odd noises I think I hear. Even when they are extremely busy, they make sure that I know timelines and estimated completion of work and usually exceed those timelines. I would never go to any other dealership!

I've done my research online on BMW CPO cars for a couple of months. Wouldn't have driven five hours from Maryland to BMW Mt. Kisco if I haven't heard good things about them. The prices & features are awesome when it compares with other places. My wife had been looking for an extremely specific BMW - 335i with X drive, with the M package, and with a Manual transmission! Mt. Whatever the problem is they usually fix in several hours since I usually wait for the repair. My recent experience was not any different. These folks were very polished and professional and accommodated my early arrival without a problem. They finished a recall replacement in less than a day and volunteered a loaner (which was far nicer than my car). However, just like BMW itself, you pay top dollar. A light remained on related to the airbag. Despite their being involved with the airbag already, this was a separate, billable ($140/hr) service, just to look at the ODB code (maybe 2 minutes?). So, you are treated like royalty and will pay royalty rates.

I just bought a certified used 2013 X1 28i xDrive from BMW of Mt. Kisco. The overall experience was top notch. Dealt with Rich who is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. The dealership is offering used cars at very aggressive (low) prices. Not much (but some) room to negotiate on the trade in - after some back and forth and some desk research I felt I was getting a very fair deal on my trade and found Rich and the dealership to exercise great integrity when we had to overcome a miscommunication in the process. This was the fourth BMW I bought within the last five years (at four different dealerships) and by far the best experience I have made so far. BMW of Mt. Kisco has won a return customer for sure. I highly recommend this dealership and Rich. PS: Don't forget to ask for the Genius to join you on your test drive - you may learn something new on BMWs, even if you are a bimmer fanatic

Was looking for a 328 AWD with low mileage, cold weather package premium pack and nav. Found that car at another BMW dealership near my home in Marlboro, NJ. What a horrible experience at that BMW dealership, It was my first interaction with BMW and it felt like i was dealing with a used car salespeople, safe to say I didn't buy. Then I found my car at BMW of Mt Kisco. Dealt with Jay Cirocco, Very personable guy, very helpful, totally into giving you the best buying experience. What a call act, plus unlike the BMW dealership near my home, he could actually talk about the features in the BMW that i was interested in. After purchase he followed up to see how things were going and I needed a favor and he came thru - no problem. Now my only issue is that the dealership is far from me and I may have to get my MBW serviced at the dealership near my home instead at Mt Kisco, but it is only 45 mins from my job so I may want to use them instead because of the experience Jay gave me.
