BMW Mt. Kisco is an 11/10 for me. Huge shout out to Giovanni - he's AMAZING and I highly recommend him. This is the best dealership I've ever done business with. They're professional, upfront and cater to the customer with no BS. Every interaction I've had with this team has been refreshing: from Giovanni, to Oksana, Noah, Patrick, Dion, finance and the service team. For context, I'm a loyal BMW fan and worked really hard to lease my very first BMW years ago at the Darien dealership. I had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life with them, to the point where I broke my lease early and switched to another luxury brand because the unprofessionalism and sleaziness was crazy. I decided to revisit leasing a BMW and cautiously decided on Mt. Kisco. Best decision ever.
