  • John Vitro
    General Manager

    John was recruited by AutoNation in June of 2017. He is a 30-year veteran in the automotive industry and has spent the last 15 years as a General Manager. He's lived in Westchester for 10 of those years and is proud to call it home. 

     

    John's reputation is one of building the right team while having fun, promoting unconditional customer service, taking care of associates, and treating them like you would want them to treat their clients. John always makes himself available to associates and clients alike with an open door policy, where listening is more important than speaking. He knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so being able to customize every experience is second nature. 

     

    John has been married for 20 years and has 4 children: 3 boys and 1 girl, ages 18, 16, 14, and 12. That will keep him busy!

  • Justin DeAngelis
    BDC Manager

    Justin joined AutoNation in the summer of 2016. He has 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, mostly spent with luxury automakers BMW and Mercedes-Benz. As a graduate from the University of Albany with a degree in Fine Art, Justin originally began work as a Middle School Art Teacher in Newburgh, New York.  After teaching, Justin started work at BMW in Long Island as a Business Development Center Manager, where in a short period of time he was able to develop a highly efficient and successful team around him. Doing so gained him recognition from BMW North America for being one of the top performing Business Development Centers in the Northeast. Justin grew up in Cortlandt, New York and currently lives in Stamford, CT. He is an avid New York Giants fan and is a free-lance artist in his spare time.

  • Tom McDonough
    Sales Manager

    Tom joined the AutoNation team in August 2017. He has over 20 years of experience in Automotive Retail, with a majority of that time spent within the BMW brand in the Westchester community. Tom believes that employee satisfaction leads to customer satisfaction and strives to ensure a simple and seamless experience for BMW Mt. Kisco clients.

    Tom is married with 3 children and resides with his family in Newtown, CT. His hobbies include boating and watching the New York Yankees.

  • Sam Abaza
    Sales Manager

    Before joining AutoNation in June of 2017, Sam Abaza was no stranger to the automotive industry. Sam has spent 12 years working as a Finance Manager, Desk Manager, and General Sales Manager across all brands. Sam is now responsible for training the sales staff on the BMW product and process in order to ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved. He is also responsible for evaluating all trade-in vehicles. Sam has just one mission when serving Westchester residents, and that is ensuring that each and every client that walks into BMW Mt. Kisco receives prompt and professional assistance and leaves with the utmost satisfaction.

    Service Manager

    Greg Werner brings more than 10 years of working in all aspects of luxury automotive service to AutoNation. He prides himself on his reliability and work ethic, going above and beyond to make sure his clients receive the level of service they expect and deserve. Greg realizes that bringing in your vehicle for service is not the most desirable part of car ownership, which is why he puts a lot of effort into making every service experience a positive one.

    Greg got started in the automotive world as a side job while he pursued his passion for emergency medicine. As he worked his way up from washing cars to repairing them, and then to specializing in troubleshooting complex electrical issues, he realized working with luxury cars was quickly becoming his new passion. He made the decision to switch his career focus and has kept moving forward ever since.

    It is important to Greg that each and every one of his clients drives away satisfied, with a better understanding of their vehicles, and a five-star experience.

  • David Wilms
    Parts Manager

    David Wilms has been in the automotive industry for 32 years, and has spent the last 16 of those years as a Parts Manager. David has built a reputation within the BMW community for his professionalism, integrity, and sense of humor in the 14 years that he has been with the brand. He has confidence that his team at BMW Mt. Kisco will interact and treat Westchester residents the same way he treats the team. His goal is to take good care of both! David has been married for 19 years and spends his off time playing drums and riding his Harley Davidson (wife permitting).
